The inspectors were accompanied by representatives of the National Service of Agricultural Health and Quality of Argentina (SENASA), visiting operations in the provinces of  San Juan, Mendoza and Río Negro.

The visit also involved an assessment of Argentina's National Fruit Fly Program.

A SENASA release said BPI plant quarantine director Merle Bautista Palacpac and BPI post-entry quarantine coordinator Lorielie Umali Agbagala were in agreement how Argentina conducted its inspections and promising to finalize the PRA.
