Ocean Mist Farms brings multiple layers of flavor and innovation to IFPA's Foodservice Conference
In a press release, the family-owned company and leading grower and distributor of artichokes in the U.S., Ocean Mist Farms, announced its participation at the International Fresh Produce Association Foodservice Conference in Monterey, taking place August 1.
This year, booth #224 will feature the return of award-winning and long-time Ocean Mist Farms corporate chef, Tony Baker, who will delight attendees with a new and delicious recipe: Artichoke arancini with shaved truffles. Baker will be in charge of the cooking and will offer the public his extensive experience as a recipe developer to answer questions and provide inspiration for dishes featuring artichokes in all their multilayered deliciousness.
According to the document, the Ocean Mist Farms team is excited to engage with foodservice operators, distributors, chefs, and buyers to better understand their needs and challenges while showcasing their Gold Standard artichokes, along with their full line of premium fresh vegetables.
