DMA Solutions advances its team for the next chapter of produce marketing
DMA Solutions, a full-scope marketing services agency that has served the fresh produce industry for more than 22 years, today announced the promotions of two longtime team members and the addition of two new ones.
DMA welcomes new talent
Marci Allen has been promoted to executive vice president of client services, and Hena Husain has been promoted to senior social media manager. Chandell Lattin joins the agency as senior marketing manager, and Mary-Kate Anawaty returns as senior marketing specialist. Together, the changes reflect how the company is preparing its team for the next era of fresh produce marketing.

"The fresh produce industry has more marketers today than at any point in the firm's history, both inside companies and on the agency side. As expectations rise and new ways of working take shape, the company recognizes that marketing worth trusting depends on the judgment, relationships and firsthand knowledge that come from years in fresh produce," said Dan'l Mackey Almy, founder and CEO of DMA Solutions.

As executive vice president, Allen will oversee the company's client work with the full support of the team. She will help lead the agency's strategy as it evolves to meet the industry's changing needs. In her expanded role, Husain will lead DMA's social media program, along with its video and photography production.

"Our tenured team has been the foundation of DMA's 22+ years as a fresh produce agency, and we're keeping pace with the industry we serve by advancing our people, bringing in new talent and building our capabilities together," Mackey Almy said. "Marci and Hena have grown alongside our clients for years, and these promotions recognize everything they bring to our clients and our team. This is a healthy evolution for DMA, and our people are leading it."

Lattin is new to the firm but not to agriculture. She has spent the past three years as a marketing account manager serving agricultural clients in an agency setting. Anawaty first worked with the company as an intern in 2023 and 2024 and returns after serving as community impact coordinator at United Way of Fort Smith Area.
"Serving our client industry for more than 20 years has been a privilege, and I am grateful to every company that has trusted us along the way," said Allen. "Chandell and Mary-Kate bring fresh energy and new ideas to our team, and I am confident they will be instrumental in our clients' and DMA's success in the years ahead."
