Asia Fruit Logistica 2026 expands Hong Kong exhibition space and launches dedicated tech hub
Asia Fruit Logistica (AFL) will host its 2026 fresh produce event at the AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong on September 2–4, featuring more than 730 confirmed exhibitors from 40 countries and regions. The trade show spans 27 national and specialty pavilions, connecting suppliers across the international supply chain from growers and marketers to packaging and logistics companies.

The event receives support from partners including Knowledge Partner Asiafruit, Official Technology Partner UNITEC, Official Fresh Produce Partner IMBERRI, Official Logistics Partner DP World, and Official Wholesale Market Partners Guangzhou Jiangnan Agriculture Group and Shanghai Huizhan Market, alongside the Hong Kong Tourism Board.
Tech innovations, buyer matchmaking, and global speakers take AFL's center stage
AFL 2026 will debut FRESHTech, a dedicated technology section spanning more than 10,763 square feet in the exhibition hall. The platform features over 30 technology exhibitors and a two-day presentation program covering smart agriculture, packhouse automation, artificial intelligence, cold chain tracking, traceability, and sustainability tech. Organizers selected 10 nominees for the inaugural FRESHTech Innovation Awards, with winners receiving recognition on the FRESHTech Stage on September 3.
The trade show is also launching an updated Global Buyer Program featuring FreshMatch, a digital matchmaking tool that allows registered buyers to identify suppliers and schedule one-on-one meetings prior to the event.

The Asiafruit Knowledge Center in Hall 3 will feature speaker presentations from industry leaders, including Driscoll's Jae Chun and Jiunn Shih, Sunkist's Cassie Howard, Dole China's Leo Li, and Del Monte's Mohammed Abbas. The daily agenda includes category sessions on berries, stone fruit, avocados, nuts, dried fruit, and frozen produce.
Following the close of the exhibition floor on September 2, organizers will host the Sundowner Party in the East Lobby from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., offering complimentary beverages and live music for all attendees.
AFL 2026 is also expanding its flagship China Study Tour. The program includes a pre-show stop in Hong Kong and post-show delegation tours to Shanghai and Zhengzhou, providing international participants with direct access to regional fresh-produce markets, importers, and retail operations across Greater China.
