San Diego Farms names Marc Oshima Senior Vice President of Sales

San Diego Farms (Fresh Origins and BrightFresh Microgreens) is welcoming Marc Oshima as Senior Vice President of Sales.

The appointment marks the latest step in the company's strategy to strengthen its Commercial Leadership Team as demand for premium microgreens, edible flowers, and culinary specialties continues to accelerate across food service and retail.

Reporting to CEO Greg Cyr, Oshima will lead the company's Sales strategy, deepening customer relationships and reinforcing San Diego Farms' spirit of excellence across its portfolio of brands.

He joins at a pivotal moment in the company's growth, supporting a sharpened focus on quality, innovation, and category leadership.

Decades of expertise to lead San Diego Farms' Sales team

Oshima comes with an extensive background spanning agriculture, food service, retail, and specialty food.

He co-founded AeroFarms, one of the pioneers of vertical farming, where he helped shape the company's brand and commercial strategy, and most recently served as CEO of Babylon Micro-Farms, a global leader in on-site indoor farming.

Throughout his career, Oshima has worked closely with leading chefs, major food management companies, distributors, and top retailers, building long-standing relationships rooted in a shared commitment to quality and culinary innovation.

In his role as Senior Vice President of Sales, Oshima will lead the Sales organization, deepen strategic partnerships across food service and retail channels, and drive continued growth for the Fresh Origins and BrightFresh brands.
