VentureFruit partners with Joy Wing Mau to expand TUTTI apples in China
Worldwide variety breeder and manager VentureFruit is appointing a new exclusive growing and sales partner in China. This, the company said in a press release, is a significant step in the global expansion of TUTTI™ apples, the world’s first variety specifically bred to withstand hot climates.
Under the agreement, leading Chinese fruit grower, marketer, and exporter Joy Wing Mau will plant over 740 acres of TUTTI™ apples, leveraging its capabilities to bring the variety to consumers across China.
The license marks another milestone for the partnership, VentureFruir says, and a significant step toward the goal of expanding the TUTTI™ apple program to nearly 3,000 acres globally by 2030.

Since its launch in February 2023, the TUTTI™ apple variety has expanded rapidly, with over 2,200 acres now licensed across Spain, Latin America, China, and the United Kingdom.

The Chinese executive explains that the company was impressed upon first seeing the test blocks in Spain. He noted the company is "absolutely delighted" to partner with VentureFruit and their global team to develop TUTTI™ apples in China.
This appointment strengthens the existing relationship between Joy Wing Mau and T&G/VentureFruit, with Joy Wing Mau serving as the sole licensed grower and marketer of T&G’s premium ENVY™ apples in China.
TUTTI™ apples are expanding globally through a network of exceptional partners in a peer-to-peer collaboration. Joy Wing Mau joins a growing global network of TUTTI™ apple licensees in the programme, including Copefrut S.A. (Latin America), T&G Global’s United Kingdom subsidiary, Worldwide Fruit (United Kingdom), and FruitFutur (Catalonia).
