According to a company statement, upon completion, the campus will span 168 acres, including 124 acres of ultra-lit production.

This, the firm said, will reinforce its position as the largest lit greenhouse vegetable facility in Western North America, and increase its owned greenhouse operations in Canada and the United States to 336 acres.

“Reliable supply and sustainable growing guide our investment decisions,” said Steven Newell, company President and Chief Executive Officer. “By combining advanced technology with the expertise of our people, we’re building capacity our customers can count on for the long term, while delivering the flavor, freshness and quality consumers expect.”
