Avocadoes

In North America, the Californian Hass season was nearing its end in the U.S. market.

In Latin America, a higher proportion of small-size Chilean Hass avocadoes was registered in the Argentine market, leading to slightly lower sales activity.

In Europe, Peruvian avocadoes were dominant while Chilean arrivals continued to increase.

Easy Peelers

In North America, active sales pace continued for Chilean Murcotts in the U.S.

In Northern Europe, a stable market situation was observed for Southern Hemisphere supply, while price adjustments were reported for Spanish volumes.

In Asia, moderate trading was seen in Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland, which was sufficient for a decent level of inventory rotation.

Lemons

In North America, a higher proportion of small size lemons was observed in the U.S., where trading remained under pressure.

In Northern Europe, Argentine lemon stocks continued to decrease, with the first Turkish arrivals expected during the next week.

In Asia, moderate sales activity was reported for Australian fruit in Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland, while high Chilean volumes were still putting pressure on the Japanese market.

Oranges

In North America, price increases were registered for Southern Hemisphere oranges on the U.S. East Coast.

In Europe, Navel oranges recorded better sales activity than the Valencia variety.

In Asia, South African fruit was still dominant in Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland, where the Midnknight variety shows healthy sales pace.
