China Meet Up promises to be the go-to event for supply-chain insight

For industry professionals aiming business efforts towards the East, the Asia Fruit Logistica's China Meet Up is packed with insights about the Chinese fruit and wholesale industries.

The two-day event scheduled to take place in Guangzhou on September 8 and 9 includes a series of informational sessions on China’s fresh fruit and vegetable trade, its wholesale markets, fruit retail transformation, and other subjects that delve into the country's produce industry and trends.

On day one, attendees will also get an introduction to Korla Fragrant Pears, one of China's most expensive pear varieties for export, cultivated for more than 1,300 years in a small province along the country's Silk Road.
