RedPop targets summer market with DC partnership and digital push
Apple marketer VOG is driving consumer engagement this summer for its RedPop brand through a high-profile movie partnership and a multi-country digital campaign designed to position the fruit as an on-the-go snack alternative.
"With its compact and practical size, this little rebel with a sweet heart is establishing itself as the ultimate apple-shaped snack, perfect for a quick treat. This modern, versatile identity allows RedPop to connect with those who love discovering new products and ways of enjoying them, whilst also successfully appealing to younger generations," the firm said.
DC collaboration powers up retail visibility
The Italian apple grower association teamed up with the film release of DC’s Supergirl, placing the iconic S-Shield emblem directly on RedPop apple stickers and point-of-sale materials throughout the summer season. Brand managers aimed the campaign at younger consumers and impulse shoppers, leveraging shared core values of independence and courage to stand out on retail shelves.

The marketing push also features the "RedPop 30 Days Apple Snack" digital challenge. Running across multiple international markets, the social media initiative utilizes influencers to demonstrate natural snacking occasions to consumers.
VOG described the compact-sized fruit as "a modern apple with a pop spirit that is both appealing and readily available," according to the press release. The organization noted that the current initiatives reinforce the product's "Snack Me" positioning, highlighting its smaller fruit size and sweet flavor profile for convenience-focused buyers.
