Spanish authorities have discovered a total of 276 kilograms of cocaine in a banana shipment originating in Costa Rica.
Spain's National Police said they had received a report about a container that had arrived in an industrial area in Malaga.
Numerous people were reportedly found inside the container, and some tried to flee. Police say they found 250 rectangular packets of the drug among bananas.
Six people were arrested for drug tracking offenses.
According to local media, a gang used the name of an importer of Costa Rican fruits to smuggle in the drugs.
