Get ready for the Asia Fruit Logistica Peru Meet Up—Visitor bookings are open now

For the first time in Lima, the Asia Fruit Logistica Peru Meet Up promises to be the perfect place to connect Latin America’s fresh produce suppliers with global buyers. Taking place on October 28 and 29, the event aims to strengthen ties between South American and Asian agricultural professionals with two days of high-level discussion and networking.

The Asia Fruit Logistica Peru Meet Up’s program, curated by Fruitnet and the International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA), features presentations and panels on navigating the current and intricate international trade climate, as well as the technological innovations improving logistics, shipping, and fruit quality in berries, grapes, and avocados.

Latin America has emerged as a powerhouse in the global fruit and vegetable sector, successfully exporting a diverse range of fresh fruits to Asian markets. But escalating trade tensions are creating an increasingly challenging environment for exporters.

This is what makes networking opportunities like the Peru Meet Up so crucial for capitalizing on the growing demand for premium fresh fruit, both in emerging markets and in Europe and the US.

Hosted at the prestigious Swissotel Lima, the Peru Meet Up is supported by regional partners including PromPeru, Abrafrutas, CORPEI, ProEcuador, ProColombia, and the Banana Cluster from Ecuador, alongside China’s leading wholesale markets, Guangzhou Jiangnan and Shanghai Huizhan.
