Mango shipping is expected to start at the end of this month and will continue through to September, with both conventional and USDA Certified Organic fruit, sourced from R.C.F's Mexican orchards and facilities.

The program will involve the Kent, Haden, Keitt and Tommy Atkins varieties, while specialties such as Ataulfos and baby Ataulfos will also be offered.

Giumarra Companies Southern Hemisphere vice-president Craig Uchizono said the business was very excited about being an exclusive distributor for R.C.F.'s mango program.

"Our volume will grow significantly, which will enable us to offer our customers solid, secure programs throughout the season," he said.

"Because we are working directly with the grower, we can custom pack the fruit as needed for our customers. Mangoes are incredibly popular worldwide and we are enthusiastic about the continued growth potential for this item."

The mangoes will be sold through Giumarra's Nogales, Vernon and Southeast offices.
